Mr. Terry brings nearly two decades of extensive experience in both the policy and campaign arenas offering a broad array of legislative, strategic, communications and management skills that help clients build comprehensive, effective and winning campaigns.

A long-time veteran of Capitol Hill, Jim has served as campaign manager, political director and advisor on some of the most high profile races in the nation and at the National Republican Congressional Committee. Mr. Terry understands the legislative process literally in and out having served as both a congressional Chief of Staff and Chief Executive at the Free Enterprise fund, a non-profit advocacy organization dedicated to advancing free-market policies.

Since founding Third Dimension Strategies in 2007, Jim has provided strategic communications, public affairs, grassroots and paid media services to Fortune 500 companies, trade associations and non-profit organizations. Jim has appeared on Fox News, CNN and countless talk radio outlets across the country and has testified before Congress numerous times.

Jordan Powell

Jordan Powell

Jordan Powell is a longtime digital consultant for gubernatorial, congressional, state house, and issue campaigns across the country.

In 2016, he served as Deputy Campaign Manager for Governor Mike Huckabee’s presidential campaign where he managed day-to-day digital communication across all platforms.

In 2012, he served as Senior Advisor to Congressman Chuck Fleischmann’s re-election campaign. From January 2011 to February 2012, Jordan served as Congressman Fleischmann’s press secretary in his Washington, D.C. office. Prior to that, he served as day-to-day manager and spokesman for Fleischmann’s 2010 campaign.

In 2008, Mr. Powell served as Assistant to the National Campaign Manager for Governor Huckabee’s first presidential campaign.

Jordan is a native Texan; born and raised in Arlington, attended high school in Greenville, and is a 2009 graduate of Baylor University. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, fishing, and spending time with his beautiful wife, Shawna, and family.

Tommy Behnke

Mr. Behnke has served in various political roles on both the state and national level, most recently in the Washington, D.C. office and presidential campaign of Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY). Tommy has written congressional speeches, articles, and talking points for some of the conservative movement’s leading decision-makers and thinkers. In addition to his experience in the communications and legislative realm, he brings a deep appreciation for policy, having studied at and contributed to free market think tanks like the Mises Institute. His personal political commentary has been featured in national outlets like Business Insider, The Hill, ZeroHedge, the Daily Caller, and the Washington Examiner.

Matt Hudgins

Matt Hudgins is an experienced campaign operative with experience ranging from local political races to national presidential campaigns.

Hudgins began his political career working on numerous campaigns in Virginia and Arkansas. In addition to grassroots organizing, Matt developed a reputation for detailed, comprehensive and actionable political research. In 2015, he was hired by the Republican National Committee and was dispatched to Arkansas where he led the opposition research effort against Hillary Clinton in the state. Following that effort, he served as Rapid Response and Research director for Senator John Boozman’s successful re-election campaign.

Ryan Pope

Ryan Pope offers nearly a decade of political experience and is a veteran of presidential, gubernatorial, congressional and state house races across the country.

Originally from Texas, Ryan’s political career began in his home state, working in and around the Texas State Capitol in various capacities. He was involved in the previous four State Legislative Sessions, his work experience includes working on the State Senate Jurisprudence Committee, a non-profit policy evaluation organization, and for a legislative consulting firm.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Ryan was an active participant in the Thomas Jefferson Center for the Core Texts and Ideas Program.

Andrew Reno

Director, State Operations

A veteran grass roots organizer, Andrew Reno joined TDS Public Affairs after honing his skills at the Republican Party of Arkansas, Americans for Prosperity, and the Americans for Prosperity Foundation.

Reno is an experienced campaign organizer and manager having worked on political and advocacy campaigns at the national, state, and local levels. Reno has worked hand-in-hand with fellow activists on the ground throughout the nation. Most recently he served on the national field advisory board for Americans for Prosperity and as an adjunct trainer for the Americans for Prosperity Foundation. Before his career in politics, Reno worked in business development at tech giant Hewlett-Packard.

Christian Stellakis

Christian  Stellakis is a polished political operative with a background in research, a love for policy, and a penchant for spirited debate.

Upon graduating from Hamilton College with a degree in economics, Christian turned his career toward the political arena. He has since worked for a number of Congressional campaigns and advocacy organizations, including the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Most recently, in 2017, Christian joined the National Republican Congressional Committee as a Research Analyst. There, he conducted and managed the opposition research for over a dozen Republican Congressional races throughout the United States.
